Abstract
editorial, January 2006 In addition to the several papers in the "Featured Articles" section addressing the theme "Postmodernity and Christian missions", you will enjoy the paper in the "Spiritual Dynamics" section "Postmodernity and popular culture" by Richard Tiplady. In this issue, please note that there is a new section added - "Music and Missions" which has a DVD presentation and MP3. Thanks to the generosity of the Deborah Ko who has donated it for your use in ministry without copyright restriction. There are interesting and practical things for your reference in the “Technology & Culture” section. Acknowledgment and appreciations are due to the publisher and the author of the seminal title ("Paradigms in Conflict" by David John Hesselgrave) who have granted permission to post one chapter from the book for the benefits of readers of Global Missiology. The portion posted at the "Featured Article" and the endorsements at the "Reviews & Previews" sections respectively are ways to wet your appetite so that you can enjoy the entire book later when you have your own copy. Dr. Hesselgrave is a decorated and accomplished missiologist of this generation, a faithful supporter and frequent contributor to Global Missiology. For example, in the "Research Methodology" section of this issue, he has another paper on "The Power of Words" to share with us.Downloads
