‘LOVE OF NEIGHBOR’ AND TOYOHIKO KAGAWA’S CHRISTIANITY
Abstract
Although I am not a theologian, as a philosopher I am very much interested in theology. Actually, even in the western world, theology has become a private activity inside churches, loosing public validity outside Christian circle. Recently some theologians have proposed public theology, but there are very few as such. As a Japanese Christian philosopher, I have critically analyzed and had dialogues with non-Christian Japanese cultures from the Christian view point, and now I called this approach to be public philosophy.Published
